Mr. Boyarsky is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in the States of Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, North Carolina and Virginia. Mr. Boyarsky has completed a variety of valuation and consulting assignments.
Mr. Boyarsky holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Finance from Boston University.
For the past 36 years, Mr. Kielley has served as a real estate project manager, consultant, and appraiser to a wide variety of private and public clients throughout New England with an emphasis on residential development. The main focus of his work at D.A.B. Appraisal Services, LLC is market and feasibilities studies and appraisals for multi-family rental and condominium developments. This work includes developments utilizing low-income housing tax credits; developments with a variety of HUD related funding such as appraisals pursuant to the HUD's Mark Up-to-Market Program, developments, properties with pre-payment ramifications, work prepared in accordance with HUD’s General Occupancy Rental Housing requirements. Mr. Kielley provides market and financial analysis for feasibility, asset disposition and valuation studies. He has experience in Appraisal and Consulting of Affordable and Multifamily Housing, Commercial and Industrial Properties, with assignments ranging from Analysis of Market Rate and Affordable Housing Complexes, Office and Commercial Buildings, Shopping Centers, Apartment Buildings, Industrial and Manufacturing Facilities, Land for Development, Residential Subdivisions, Service Stations, Automobile Dealerships, Parking Garages, and Special Use Properties.
Mr. Kielley holds the degree of Bachelor of Arts from Yale College and A Masters of Architecture from the Yale School of Architecture.
